As Director of Operations & Finance, Nhasreen ensures that the academy runs efficiently and stays aligned with our mission. She oversees day-to-day processes, coordinates teams, manages resources, and supports smooth operations across all programs. With a focus on organization, collaboration, and continuous improvement, she plays a key role in maintaining structure, strengthening systems, and supporting the academy’s long-term growth.
