1. Agreement & Payment
Participation as a sponsor or exhibitor is confirmed only after full payment is received.
All payments are non-refundable, except in cases where the event is canceled by The Olive Academy.

2. Booth & Space Allocation
Booths are assigned based on availability, first-come-first-served, and sponsorship level (if applicable).
Sponsors/exhibitors may request preferred booth locations, but final placement is at the discretion of The Olive Academy.
Exhibitors are responsible for setting up and managing their own booth materials.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
If the sponsor/exhibitor cancels participation, payments are non-refundable.
The Olive Academy reserves the right to cancel the event if necessary, in which case full refunds will be issued.

4. Display & Conduct
Exhibitors and sponsors must ensure their displays and conduct are professional, respectful, and aligned with the values of the
Illinois Muslim Education Fair.
No political, religious, or inappropriate content unrelated to the purpose of the fair is allowed.

5. Promotional Material & Giveaway Policy
Sponsors and exhibitors are allowed to distribute flyers, brochures, and giveaways within their assigned booth or designated areas.
Any promotional material must be pre-approved by The Olive Academy if requested.

6. Liability & Insurance
The Olive Academy, the College of DuPage, and event organizers are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to any items,
products, or displays brought by exhibitors/sponsors.
Sponsors and exhibitors are required to carry their own insurance
7. Photography & Media
By participating, sponsors and exhibitors agree that photos or videos of their booth and representatives may be used by The Olive
Academy for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes.

8. Compliance
Sponsors and exhibitors must comply with all local laws, College of DuPage policies, and safety regulations.

9. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a registration form and making payment, the sponsor/exhibitor agrees to all terms and conditions listed above.
